Well i celebrated my birthday yesterday.

Firstly I'd like to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday somehow.
Strangely the people I'd never expect to remember my birthday actually did. Surprise.

I know its 4am now.
Got back from softball camp at 3pm yesterday. First thing I did? Slept on the sofa. Woke up at 3am this morning feeling rather lost and confused. Tried to do a bit of work but didn't really succeed.
Softball Camp
I guess the whole thing was pretty fun on the whole. Loads and loads of random telematches and just lazing around enjoying the weather.
Did I mention we had GYM on the first morning? We haven't done gym for so amazingly long =\ My arms and thighs are aching now as a result.
Lunch at Seoul Garden. Mr. Tongs treat.
That was heavenly. We really enjoyed ourselves
Anyway there were some complications and arguments. it wasn't a pleasant scene. I really hope that never happens again. damn.
We watched seabiscuit in the cca room next to the pe office. Okay so it was pretty good flick but it was just so long. Half of the juniors were sleeping. I am proud to say i watched to entire movie without sleeping once.
Treasure hunt after that. My that was fun. Much much better than last years. Hats off to reggie for planning the whole thing.
Spent the night talking with zach and weiliang while trying to sleep. All of us took of our shirts cause it was far too hot. Somehow I was so tired I slept through the night without putting my shirt back on.
More telematches on the second day and captains foot.
Lunch at prince. Slept throughout lunch and on the bus ride back. Slept when I got home. Going to sleep now.

Okay I shall blog about SMUN.
Basically I seriously didn't want to go for it cause I was kinda lagging behind in all departments of work but grudgingly I went.
First day.
I didn't have much of a clue of what was going on. had to constantly rely on Gerard to clarify any doubts. thanks loads bro. Anyway first day committee sessions were just BAD. the whole thing just went round and round in circles and I was just sitting there wondering why they even bothered talking.
Well basically that was how most of the committee sessions went. Round and round in circles. Except for the walkout staged by the Soviet bloc on the third day.
One word to describe it:
Cool
Basically most of my time was spent hanging around with the nj people and occasionally making new friends. SRJC was really cool. The people were great to hang around with.
And everyday was spent playing the one game NJCians love, bridge.
Ran on the morning of the second day with andrew. shufang and this random girl. I feel amazingly unfit again.
Slept at 1, 3 and 4 am. Mostly due to the fact that I was playing bridge/couldn't get any sleep
Somehow I managed to wake myself on most of the days without oversleeping. Miracles happen.
Well the dorms were pretty cool. First time staying in one so it turned out better than I thought. NUS is kinda cool.
Social night was kinda dumb in my opinion. so i hate dancing and i didn't really enjoy it. At least gerard had fun. we ate prata after social night. that on the other hand was fun.
I can say I learnt quite a lot from SMUN. It really was a totally new experience for me.
Looking forward to softball camp.

Wow it really has been an amazing time. I never visualized having this much fun.
Three days of enjoying myself doing goodness knows what.
The people in HGA seriously rock. Some people disgusted me but some were great and sociable people who I could just talk with so easily.
